Mr. B. Issac, is one of the lead partner of the firm and heading its NGO Practice. He has over 20 years of experience in NGO Formation, NGO Regulatory Compliance, NGO Direct and Indirect Taxation related representation and litigation.Before his assignment with the firm during the year 2004, he was heading finance department at large Indian conglomerates.
Mr. James Joseph is a lead partner and heads the firms direct tax practices. He specializes in tax representation and litigation resolutions. Before his joining as a partner in Phillipos & Co., during the year 2004, he was heading his own firm of Chartered Accountants for almost a decade. He is also in-charge of audit and assurance services of select major audits including bank and public sector audits.He started his professional career as Chief Accountant at various domestic and multinational companies before he commenced his independent tax practice.
Mr. Suresh Kelappan, is heading the firm’s BPO (Accounting and Allied Services) practice which is spread across the globe, His exposure includes cross-border tax return filing and tax advices. He has rich experience in setting up and running financial systems in large organizations. He joined as a partner in the firm during the year 2004 to head the firm’s BPO and management consultancy practice. He is in charge of firm’s Kozhikode (erstwhile Calicut) Branch.
Ms. Reena Joseph joined the firm during the year 2013 to head the firm’s audit, assurance and tax practice in the Ernakulam Branch.
Mr. Joe James has joined Phillipos & Co., during the year 2019 to lead the firm’s indirect tax practices. His core area of practice revolves around GST Law, regulatory compliances, representation and dispute resolutions, be it any size, structure and constitution. He is also involved in the firm’s audit, assurance and consulting practice.
Ms. Nikita Antony, a Chartered Accountant since 2016, joined the firm as a qualified staff in the year 2019 and later on was elevated as a partner of the firm. She is involved in firm’s audit and assurance service of NGO’s and other charitable organizations. She also takes a lead in the firm’s litigation and other representation practice in relation to NGOs and charitable institutions.
Mr. Kedar Paranjape, a Chartered Accountant since 2016, joined the firm during the year 2019 after his stint with Ernst & Young (EY) as a senior tax consultant (International Taxation) for about 3 years, specializing in cross-border taxation including transfer pricing regulations.Kedar now leads the firm in its international taxation practice including transfer pricing planning and documentation besides supporting the firm’s audit and assurance practice. He is also in-charge of audit and assurance services of select major audits including bank and public sector audits.
