The firm commenced its operations in the year 1967 by Late Wing Commander Alexander Phillipos. Since then, the firm has grown to become one of the few old and prominent Indian firms of Chartered Accountants. The firm is registered with and primarily regulated by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

The firm is regularly empaneled with Indian Regulatory Authorities and appointed as statutory central/branch auditors of public sector banks and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
